Return – Exchange Conditions

Dear Customer, The information below shows the way you should follow in the return and exchange procedure if there is a problem with the products you purchased from or if the product you purchased does not meet your needs.

Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, buyers have the right to return products without giving reasons, using their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us that you wish to return the product by exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. When returning the product, the invoice sent with the delivery of the product must also be returned. In accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer, the consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal for the products that have been made PERSONAL by making special measured printing.

Return and Exchange Right
You have the right to exchange and return the products you have purchased from our site within 14 days from the product delivery date, within the framework of the following criteria or in cases where the products are not opened.

– In case of manufacturing defect in the products

– In case of a different product than the one you ordered,

If the product written on your invoice is different from the product you ordered and the product that comes out of the parcel is different from each other, you can apply to us within 14 days from the receipt of the product for any problems you experience with your product. After your application, you can send your product back without paying any “shipping charges”.

– In case of any damage caused by cargo (Damage determination report should be prepared)

We strongly recommend that you check your product when you receive it and determine if there is any damage to the product by the courier. If you make a determination at this stage, we kindly ask you to have the cargo officer prepare a “Damage Determination Report” and send the product back with the same cargo without receiving it. is not responsible for the damage/deformation of the products received without the “Cargo Detection Record”.

If you have at least one of the above criteria, you must submit your return and exchange request from the support section on our site or provide information with our contact phones.

Important Note: If you do not like the color, pattern, texture, etc. features of the product as a personal opinion, you have the right to change if there is no defect on our part, but in this case, the shipping costs are covered by you.

Actions to be taken:

* The product packaging must be absolutely unopened.

* Contacting the customer representative and reporting the situation. Approval for the change is required.

* To deliver the product completely to the cargo by specifying the contracted cargo code after receiving the approval.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-defective products. Products for which cargo payment is not made and which are given to different cargo companies are not accepted by us.

* When the product reaches us, necessary checks are made and if it is suitable for change, your exchange transactions are carried out.

* Shipping fee of the product you want as an exchange belongs to the customer. It will be sent to the buyer by contracted cargo with a counter payment.

In order for your exchange to take place, the above-mentioned conditions must be fulfilled.

You must send your products, whose return and exchange are approved, together with the Yurtiçi Cargo Code, which you will receive from the phone numbers below.

Shipments made with different cargo companies are not accepted.

Your exchange process; As soon as we receive your cargo, it is done immediately and your new products are shipped to you immediately.

Your return process; From the moment we receive your cargo, information is sent to the accounting department and if you have made a purchase from your credit card within 14 days at the latest, your card will be credited to your card, and money order / EFT or refund at the door will be deposited into your bank account.
